How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number and email.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes! COD is available across India for orders up to ₹5,000. A handling fee of ₹49 applies for COD orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at support@cuddlefab.com.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Sale items are not eligible for returns.
How do I initiate a return?
Log in to your account, go to My Orders, select the order, and click "Return Item". Fill in the reason and submit. Our team will arrange a pickup within 2–3 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

How do I find my size?
Check the size guide on each product page. Our oversized pieces are designed to fit generously. If you're between sizes, size down for a fitted look or stay true to size for the classic oversized fit.
What fabric are your products made from?
Our hoodies and sweatshirts are made from 380 GSM premium fleece (80% cotton, 20% polyester). Our tees use 200 GSM combed cotton. All fabrics are pre-shrunk and colorfast.
How should I care for my CuddleFab products?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or air dry. Iron on low heat if needed. Avoid dry cleaning.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions. We never store your card details on our servers. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, manage returns, and access exclusive member offers.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
