Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if:

• Returned within 7 days of delivery
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags are attached
• Original packaging is intact
• Not a sale or discounted item

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or clearance items
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Log in to your account and go to My Orders.

Step 2: Select the order and click "Return Item".

Step 3: Select the item(s) and reason for return.

Step 4: Submit the request. Our team will arrange a free pickup within 2–3 business days.

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for size or color within 7 days of delivery. To exchange, follow the same process as returns and select "Exchange" instead of "Return".

Refund Timeline

• Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
• UPI/Net Banking: 3–5 business days
• COD Orders: Refunded to bank account within 7–10 business days
